A Clear Direction

This project was driven by a desire for simplicity. Clean lines, a confident palette, and a more
contemporary feel.

The client was drawn to the refined look of aluminium, but also wanted the thermal performance
and practicality of modern materials. The challenge was to bring these elements together without
compromise.

A Considered Approach

Anthracite grey provided the foundation – strong, understated, and well suited to the property.
Flush sash windows in a smooth anthracite finish were specified to create a clean, architectural
appearance. Manufactured with welded sashes, they remove the typical visual lines of uPVC, giving a
more precise, aluminium-like finish.

Aluminium doors were introduced to complement the windows, offering slim sightlines and
structural strength where it matters most. A consistent colour palette, paired with graphite
hardware, ensures everything works together as one.

The Details That Matter

As with every project, the finer details define the result.
Concealed trickle vents were integrated within colour-matched hoods, maintaining uninterrupted
lines across the façade. Colour-matched trims were used throughout to remove visible sealants,
creating a sharper, more resolved finish.
It’s a quiet level of consideration, but one that changes how the whole property feels.

The Outcome

The completed home is cohesive, confident, and distinctly modern.
Despite the use of different materials, the consistency of finish and attention to detail create a
unified result. Nothing distracts. Nothing feels out of place.
